Life after college

It's Monday

Well, I had an ok weekend. Dinner was ok. They were just way busy and our 45min. wait turned into over an hour wait. They felt bad and gave us free appetizers. Everyone went bowling afterwards but me. I didn’t have any socks and I was kind of tired. I just went home and watched TV till midnight, then went to bed.
I was late to work on Saturday because I was so tired I slept through my alarm. I woke up at 8:05am and I was supposed to be there at 7:45am. I was able to get dressed and I finally got there around 8:20am. The reason I was so tired is because my roommate decided to come home at 2:30am with Rychell. They were trying to be quiet; well that’s what they said. They were laughing and playing video game. Go figure, Rachel playing video games. God that’s all se does.
Anyways, I was a pansy and just put my earplugs in, though I could still hear them. So I didn’t confront them like I should have. I need to get some guts! I’m just not a confronting kind of person. Oh, well.
Nicks party was ok. I was one of the first ones there and I was a half and hour late. After everyone showed up it was better. I left for a little while to get pizza with Curtis and his g/f Jessica. When I got back I just chilled on the love seat w/ Gavin. He’s a very comfy pillow. It’s really nice to just have someone you can cuddle with. Then Rachel was telling him that he needed to get me drunk so I would have sex with him. Thanks Rachel. She only said that because Paul and she hooked up at a party that they were both intoxicated at. They “shacked” up on the couch and have been going out for over 2 years. Nice story huh!?!?!? :-)Anyways, sorry for the disappointment but I didn’t do anything more that hug Gavin goodnight. Were just friends.
Sunday I slept till about 1:30pm. Then I got ready for the day and went to the library. I came home and read Desire Under the Elms by Eugene O’Neill. I love that play! I’ve got to say that it is one of my all time favorites. It’s even a tragedy. One of the girls in class today said that it’s kind of like a trashy romance novel. Maybe that’s why I liked it. Hehehe.
Well it’s off to my home for me. Damn German homework.

It's been awhile

Well, sorry I haven’t updated in a while, but I still don’t have the internet at my house. Well, I’ve been pretty busy with homework and work. Today is Alisa’s birthday and so I’m going into Corvallis for dinner with her and some friends.
Tomorrow I have to work from 7:45am-3pm! Talk about a long day that I don’t get paid for. Then that night were celebrating that yesterday was Nick’s 20th birthday.
Sunday is going to be spent reading another play.
I’m in Play reading this term and we have to read 21 or 22 plays this term! And well, I’m a horribly slow reader. I’m also taking stage make-up, elements of acting, first year German, beg. ballet 2, and social dance. I’m also working as an Advocate still, that’s why I have to work tomorrow. And I work 5 hours a week in the scene shop.
I guess I can say that this year things are going ok for me. My grades were better last year. I also enjoyed being at my house. Now if I’m alone I love it, but when my roommate is there it’s just ok. Like there’s one of my pans on the stove full of tomato soup, that’s been there since Monday, and it’s starting to mold. EWWW! Someone needs to learn how to clean. Though that’s what I always say about her.
Well, this term has been same old, same old. Though I have embarked on a couple new experiences and well let’s just say I probably won’t embark on them again till I’m 21 and plastered. Thanks guys.
