A director's note

I would like to invite the WOU community to a very special production of Shakespeare’s romantic comedy "Twelfth Night", running this Wed thru Sat only (3/2 - 3/5) at 7:30pm in Rice Auditorium. The production is set in Hawaii during World War II: There is a live band on-stage, lots of 1940’s era crooning music, and even Nazis doing ballet! This is not your grandparent’s Shakespeare. "Twelfth Night" is a special collaboration between the Dept of Theatre/Dance and the Dept of Music. If you’ve never enjoyed Shakespeare before, or if you’ve always been a fan of the Bard, "Twelfth Night" is sure to put a smile on your face and a song in your heart. So please come support the arts at Western Oregon! For tickets call the box office at (503)838-8462 or you can buy them at the door. Hope to see you there. $6 students, $10 general.
